Synopsis
The village chief of Longjia Village, Long Juanfeng (played by Hui Siu-Hung), has three daughters and one son: Long Xiaodong (played by Samantha Ko), Long Xiaonan (played by Dada Chan), Long Xiaoxi (played by Nicole Guo), and Long Xiaobei (played by Man Left-Hong).
The eldest sister, Xiaodong, is a top-performing manager who has achieved million-dollar sales for five consecutive years. Despite her queen-of-career exterior, Xiaodong is a "born mahjong fanatic" and happens to be in love with her scientist boyfriend, Ma Zhuang (played by Kenneth Ma). Ma Zhuang is deeply devoted to Xiaodong, but he has despised mahjong all his life. To avoid disappointing her beloved, Xiaodong goes to great lengths to hide her obsession with mahjong.
The second sister, Xiaonan, studied drama but failed to become an actress after graduation. Instead, she works as an "intimacy coordinator" on film sets, where she meets the volatile award-winning actor Qian Hongge (played by Carlos Chan). The two have polar opposite approaches to drama, yet these "fire and ice" personalities unexpectedly clash and eventually spark a romantic connection during their interactions.
